Founded on UL campus May 26, 1946
Rechartered at UL on April 25, 2009
Many buildings on campus are named after Theta Xi brothers such as H.L. Griffin Hall and Clyde L. Rougeou Hall
Over 1,000 alumni of the Alpha Omicron Chapter, many still residing in the Lafayette area
Over 75% of members participating in extracurricular activities on and off campus

Participated in over 500 hours of community service in Spring 2010, such as Habitat for Humanities, Cerebral Palsy Telethons, 4H Advancement Academics, Festival International, and the Chittamacha Golf Tournament.
